Reading Plus Student Login [2021 Guide To Access It’s Portal]

By Dylan Riley
Last Updated on June 29, 2022

Today, we will be showing you how to access the Reading Plus student login page.

Reading Plus has been shown to help students improve their understanding, fluency, and vocabulary. The curriculum works in all three aspects of literacy – physical, cognitive, and mental – at the same time.

Students were able to choose from a variety of age-appropriate, leveled online texts. Students are taught to read with greater significance by carefully designed comprehension questions and educational materials.

If you’re still having trouble accessing the Reading Plus login page, check out these troubleshooting solutions.

#Forgot Password Or Username

Ask your Reading Plus tutor if you’ve lost your password or username. When you get your login details, please make a note of them for potential usage. Customer Service does not give out student passwords and usernames.

If the school utilizes a specific sign-on service (a single sign-on page where a student signs in to get into other school-related websites like Clever, ClassLink, etc.) You should reach out to Customer Services at [email protected] or call 1-800-732-3758 choice 1 for more details.

#What is the site code for my school?

You’ll be prompted to input your Site Code as you log into Reading Plus the first time.  As long as your workstation’s cookies aren’t cleared, the Site Code will be remembered the next time you come back in.

The Site Code is a one-of-a-kind code assigned by Reading Plus to your whole campus. That Site Code is the key gateway to Reading Plus for your school. To access Reading Plus, each participant at your college uses the same Site Code.

If you forget your Site Code, check with your Reading Plus tutor or friends and colleagues who still use Reading Plus. Please make a note of the code as you get it for future reference. If you find it challenging to find the site code, you may contact their Customer Support service at [email protected] or dial 1-800-732-3758 choice 1 for assistance.

#The software seems to be working after login, but something looks strange. What do I do now?

Check the browser’s zoom settings if you’re logging in to the Reading Plus website and can’t see the whole device or those keys are missing. For optimal results, your browser must be set to 100% zoom. Click and hold the Ctrl key, scrolling up and down your mouse to adjust the zoom quickly.

The computer will zoom in and out when you move the mouse over it. When the window zoom is set to 100 percent, the missed photos can appear again.

Check your screen size if the action does not give you any result. A 1024 x 768 pixels resolution is needed for Reading Plus. Here’s where you can see what the mobile resolution is.

To change the screen size, follow these steps:

  • For Windows, pick Screen Resolution from the right-click menu on the desktop. Pick 1024 x 768 from the drop-down display.
  • For Mac users, go to the top left corner of the device and choose the Apple button. Choose System Preferences from the drop-down menu—select Displays, then 1024 x 768 pixels.

Check if the browser shows toolbars that take up room in the window if you still can’t see the whole screen. During your sessions, disable or mask these toolbars, or use the Full-Screen alternative to run the app.
